I had a wonderful experience with Financial Advisor Maung H. He is very knowledgeable and patient with me. He explained the differences of accounts and services. He is very punctual as well. I have been to other branches before but never experienced this top-notch service. Thank you again for your time.

Worst experience at RBC to date. Went in on April 12 around 1pm and made an appointment for the following day for 10.30am. Saad Khalid made the appointment to meet Mong. Somehow, the system allowed him to make the appointment for the same day at 10.30am! I came in today at 10.30am and was taken in by one of the agents. She did not greet me or ask my name. Immediately started talking about a car loan i why it would not go through. I stopped her and told her my name and said i did not apply for a car loan. Realizing her mistake, she walked me out of the office and took me to Saad. He remembered me from the day before and then looked for my appointment. Then said oh it was for yesterday at 10.30am. I said how could that be because i went in yesterday at 1pm. Thankfully i had gone in with a friend and i called to check with her if we had gone in yesterday or if i was losing my mind. She confirmed. Saad did not apologize and they told me i would have to make another appointment because none of them were available. Very poor customer service.
