Staff in training The staff in training working on March 23rd afternoon was just pure rude. Ive never had an issue with using my health card number while I wait for my misplaced health card to come in the mail. This woman tried refusing my health card number and asked where my card is ? Even though Ive been coming to prenatal appointments here for the last 6 months, and the only person who was condescending about it was her. Completely unnecessary and rude, its a shame because most of the staff here is really nice.

This is a health center. If you're lucky enough to be a part of the Michael's family health care team you will always have a clinic for doctor to assist you.

The new building is very austere but clean, easy to navigate, has large waiting room.

Words are not enough to express my gratitude to the staff members and doctors of this clinic. I am grateful for their excellent services after more than 20 years. I have the utmost respect for each individual members as each plays an important role in their day to day functions.

Absolutely horrible system to try to call in. Long queue. Spent half an hour on hold listening to the same music over and over, got to be second in the cue, and then the system dropped my call. Outrageous! Why can they not accept email questions/requests for appointments?!
