I'm not sure what the other reviews are saying but I've had great experiences in person and over the phone so far. Both times I called in were two different receptionists and they were kind and easy to book with. My nurse was also non judgemental and informative. The whole building is wheelchair-accessible and there's parking too! Highly recommend.

The healthcare professionals here are very kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. But management seriously lacking. The phones have been down for weeks. I been trying to book an appointment to see a nurse or doctor. This has been extremely frustrating as Im trying to get a health concern of mine sorted out. Last time I was there I told the receptionist and I was told that the phones were working and this was weeks ago. Every time I call it asks for a password.

Very rude staff and not helpful whatsoever. Came in multiple times and no staff has ever helped, just rude attitude and tell me to come another time

Just had a phone call with an extremely unhelpful and judgmental receptionist. I explained that Im very overdue for both my Pap tests and cervical cancer exams, based on the fact Im uncomfortable seeing a male physician (for personal reasons that do not need to be shared to either her or in this post). I was told that because I have a family doctor they couldnt see me unless I have a disability. I am currently on many wait lists for female physicians but this wait is becoming ridiculously long and I need a faster solution. She asked me what I wanted her to do, and kept repeating I already had a physician, and I didnt feel she respected my personal choice which should be neutral In her position, and also just stopped responding to me twice entirely. This is disappointing to me. As a teenager, this was a safe clinic to come to as a female and having a physician didnt mean you would get turned away. I guess this clinic does over the safe space to women as it used to.
