        NOT A WALK IN CLINIC - This is a fantastic centre with amazing providers, but you have to join a wait-list to become a client of the centre.

        Receptionists are rude to clients, and very unprofessional. Doctors dont know how to respect peoples pronouns and listen to their patients. Very disappointing that my tax payer dollars are going to fund places that dont care about people. The new physio is great tho!

        I have been coming here for over 10 years. My family doctor is amazing and the rest of the staff are kind. However, this one receptionist is very impolite and unhelpful. Countless interactions with her leave me feeling so upset given her poor attitude and toneI see other comments on here about her as well. Be ready to get treated horribly if you get her on the phone or at reception.
