        I have made several attempts via phone and email with no response regarding the search directory displaying incorrect information for the clinic i work at. This is very disappointing and I feel for the people trying to contact us expecting a response. We don't even know how the information was obtained.

        Inaccurate clinical resources send patients to surgeons who aren't capable of performing specific operations, requiring a new government funding pre-approval each time, seriously detracting from enjoyment of life and, ultimately, hurting patients.
