        Go through the entire application process only to say all of their insurance people are busy and offer you a redirect, to another site to fill out everything again. What a wast of time, AVOID.

        Doesn't even deserve one star. Worst service ever. My building is in contract with them and my building was infested with bed bugs. Not once but TWICE RatLab refused to spray my unit. I HAVE FOOTAGE OF SO CALLED PROFESSIONAL TALKING ON HER PHONE FOR 20 MINUTES BEDORE LEAVING. ALL SHE DID WAS WALK IN, TALK ON HER PHONE THEN WALKED OUT. Want your home properly exterminated?? CALL MAXIMUM PEST CONTROL!
