I think they deserve credit for the hard work they put into their job. I prefer Duca over a bank any day! Duca has been there for me through difficult times. No one's perfect. Are any of you? They try their best and maybe they are swamped with work? I just wish they were open 3 days later till 7pm because it's a long ways for me to travel or please open up another location like in a mall like Dufferin mall or Lawrence Square. Please expand your locations in Toronto. May God Bless us with more locations. Create more jobs. Please Duca. I have been with you for over 20 years.

Avoid. Bad service. Getting any kind of service from theses people seems to be nearly impossible. They say that they will have someone call you back and they never do. Banking with these people has been a terrible experience. You'd be better off banking at a McDonald's.

When i open account duca bank i was thinking is good bad is very bad ! Not professional no computer no security i hope never go back BY DUCA !

I've banked with them for 4 years and couldn't be happier. Always available via phone, attentive to all banking needs (professional AND business), friendly and helpful (was NOT bureaucratic when I was once out of the country and needed something done) - fullest 5 stars I could give to a bank!
