It was a really pleasant experience this passed Friday. We were there from 3pm to 9pm. Yes, the wait time is long, but if you do have something life threatening theyll definitely see you first. I was truly amazed by the whole team, nurses and doctors. Everyone is so nice and caring. They treat you so well.

Honestly, this (is)WAS a good hospital but like everywhere you have some rotten apples. A bald headed nurse felt the need to be extremely rude, loud and abusive. Instructing security Throw her out now than he calls my name, I react thats me, he starts laughing and says, we quote; Im looking for a woman, is that not used for women while looking at every one around him. Politely, we reply No sir the grammar is clearly male, female has NNE at the end, not schooled in French? He replies No Im not meanwhile his demeanour changed 180 degrees. I say, Must you offend and embarrass me this way and suddenly this nurse was no longer looking for me. Left sitting there for over two hours completely ignored in the waiting area. I noticed that He was letting in/helping ALL other patients even those whom had just arrived. I was in extreme pain and discomfort, could hardly breath. Very confused as to why he refused to aid a person in need of medical care. I just walked out and kept the honour to myself. Reported the incident to patient relations, receive an email with the request to select a timeframe. We select December 30 from 12 to 5pm but the same day we receive another email from PR around 1pm (dated 12/28) with another request to again select a timeframe ,no apology, nothing. Update coming, new set date January 3. Update; New appointment has come and gone, I even accommodated them so far as to give Madam Elly Kuhne from patient relations two(2) different dates. Again I waited for nothing not even a cancellation email, nothing. So the only option left is to file a complaint with the government, I guess. NEVER IN MY LIVE HAVE I EXPERIENCED THIS, They play with peoples health and lives at this hospital.
