Dr. Lisa Ballinger

Maybe the worst bedside manner I've ever experienced. She was rude, abrasive and frankly just not that intelligent. I wish I had known how to report a doctor, or to whom. She's less than one star, she's out there doing harm.

I don't have any problem with the doctor because I didn't see the doctor yet. Just because of the Secretary's attitude. So I found Dr. Lisa Ballinger from the website because I didn't have any family doctor. I decided to make an appointment, the secretary gave me the 29th of February which they don't even open on Saturdays. Plus far as I know, many family doctors (secretaries) must call their patients before the appointment date just to remember them to know about their excatly appointment dates. The lady was laughing at me over the phone saying you must be wrong as she scoffingly. I was so mad and then I told her to remove my name on their file because I don't want them to be my family doctor. She said (with her ironic laugh sound) I have already done. Thank you very much for that because I don't have any patient and time to get along with you. This is just a waste of time..
