        This place used to be awesome!!! Now theyre kind a like McDonalds, where they make the hamburgers and let them sit under a heat lamp. They sit there waiting for the next customer to order & they do this, so that there is no wait time. I dont understand because theres never a wait time. Place is always empty This is not a highly recommended A&W now Because of what they are doing.

        Shweta was fantastic - Food was amazing and customer service was homely and nice. Super nice staff, nice atmosphere, lots of charging ports and always consistent food. 5 stars!

        Mfs never wear gloves. Always scratching their nasty heads and making food the same way. This a&w is right next door but I avoid it for this sole reason.

        Service was exceptional in the night shift. Ishaan and jenif were very friendly and helpful. I got the food served hot timely.
