I love this place! The coaches are knowledgeable and genuinely committed to their job. So much to learn and grow. I definitely recommend this gym.

Update: After 2 years, a baby, accident and life - I'm back at my favorite East End spot. What's changed in 2 years - nothing but good things. The team at Energia has maintained the excellent quality of classes. Pivoted to a stellar outdoor setup and in all that maintained their gracious welcoming atmosphere. The road back to fitness is tough - a space where you can do it with attention to detail is what everyone should strive for. Hope you get the chance to workout at Energia I love the classes at Energia, the Kettlebell+ classes are a perfect mix of HIIT and weights. The instructors are super supportive and welcoming. The class times are incredibly accommodating to my work schedule allowing both early morning and late evening sessions. Beyond this the gym is incredibly CLEAN! it's rare to find a space so well maintained. It's a testament to the owners and the care they put into the space.
