I visited for the first time today, and I was really impressed by the level of professionalism and warmth I experienced. The Greg and Rickey went above and beyond for me, even though they didnt have to. Whats more, the store has everything I needed and then some! An amazing and lasting first impression! I love the fact that Im originally from the Bahamas and all the hair products I usually purchase in the Bahamas I was able to find them here and its black owned a little pricey but its downtown Toronto

The person who picked up and answered all my questions on product (I'm doing Butterfly Locs on a Client) was brilliantly insightful and helpful overall! Perfect experience from start to finish! A pleasure to support this Beauty Supply Store, and it's conveniently located as well! Bliss and Love!

I had a great experience in this store. Its kept very clean and organized and the people working were informative and genuine. I'm very happy with the products I purchased. I asked about a product I have been using for decades and yes they had no problem pointing out I was behind in the times but I was provided with updated products that are very nice. I will definitely return.
