Malleable

John and his team at Malleable are not only exceptional at their craft but also wonderful human beings! We had gone to John to get our wedding bands made. My husband chose a classic gold ring while I decided to go custom. With only less than 3 weeks until our elopement, that didn't allow for enough time to have my ring completed which meant I would needed to use a stand-in ring for our ceremony which would thankfully be provided. But lo and behold, John worked his magic and surprised me with my finished band

So far have been in contact by email and had an in-person consultation. John and his team have been very friendly, professional, helpful and fast. I am excited to have them handle a replication for a lost piece and a repair on another item. I may have found my forever jeweller. *****UPDATE**** Received the completed replicated piece last week (see pics) and John and his team did an incredible job. They even went above and beyond to make a more secure closure so Im less likely to lose an earring again in the future. Im over the moon, their work was impeccable. 100% recommend Malleable. Also, the repair on another pair of earrings came out wonderfully.

I highly recommend Malleable!!! My Mom had a ring that she didn't wear for many years because one of the diamonds fell out. I took it to John and was so pleased with the result! He and his staff took the time to find a perfect match, keeping me updated throughout the entire process. They also reinforced some other loose stones! Thanks again for the excellent work! My Mom is so happy and she now wears the ring almost daily!

The whole experience working with John was amazing! He was so engaged, he really listened, and he created exactly what I had imagined in my mind. I love the story behind Malleable, the ethically sourced gold and pieces, and how much attention a smaller scaled jeweler can afford to give. Im in love with my ring and Im so thankful that John was able to expedite the process for me so I could get my ring before my move to Spain!
