First class from start to finish. I had an Alex custom design the ring I was after and the finished product was perfect! Couldnt be happier and now the box is opened, my partner couldnt be happier either! Great communication through the design process making sure I got exactly what I wanted before going ahead and making the ring. Rings was made in great time too. Absolutely stunning. I am beyond happy with our purchase and can't thank Alex enough for his amazing craftsmanship. Beyond amazing customer service. You get photos every step of the way which was awesome to see the evolution. Will definitely be recommending this amazing gem to everyone I know.

The ring is amazing and we are so thrilled! He worked with a shorter timeline than usual and it was a great experience all around. Highly recommend and we will be using him again in the future!

Alex has been great to deal with on my purchase. Very clear/quick communication and he had the ring sized and shipped out in a couple days. It arrived one day after shipping and it is perfect! 10/10 would highly recommend!
