Very disappointed. My friend and I both got our bracelets done. After the first time the bracelets broke (a month after), we both went back and got them fixed, and not even 2 months later they have both broke again. We also followed all the instructions like no swimming etc. so much for a permanent bracelet.

Get sparked, more like get scammed. My boyfriend and I purchased 2 bracelets for a total of approx $400. Less than 1 month later, both of our bracelets fell off. We were so excited to get them, and so disappointed when we realized that they fell off. Very unfortunate, however I will say that the service was great and the ladies were very sweet.

Kindest and most accommodating staff! Been here a couple times to get permanent bracelets with the girls. We couldnt find an appointment online so decided to try our luck in store and they said if we were willing to wait they could squeeze us in! Of course it was a small group like three to four of us so it didnt take long since we also already knew what we wanted to get.they explained the process and patiently adjusted our bracelets to our liking. Love this place and so glad I found this gem!

I have waited 5 months to write this review so I could share on the longevity of the permanent bracelets. Im happy to report that both bracelets I have from Leah Alexander are still in perfect condition after 5 months of wear. I was really happy with the service and the technicians too. I went back to get another bracelet and an anklet and I was lucky enough to be the first person to get an anklet in their new design, the nostalgia chain. Ill be back for more!

Nice and friendly customer service. But the quality is not up to standard with the price. Me and my bf got the couple spark bracelets with the clasp on but the bracelet kept falling off even though we went back twice and got the clasp fixed but ended up lost it due to the unknown fell off! Pretty disappointed
