I love this store! You can find an assessory to complete any outfit, the staff are always so helpful especially to online messages. It's definitely one of my to go stores!

I purchased a CC (Chanel knock off) silver necklace with charm. I wore it about 4 times and loved it, so I threw away my receipt Shortly after, I wore it again but as the day went on, I noticed that the charm had broken off and was nowhere to be found. I went back to the store with the chain and told the owner what had happened. I fully expected her to replace it for me, but she would not because I didnt have my receipt. Only after I told her what I expected, she finally offered a credit of half the sale price. I refused and left her with the necklace because it was of no use to me without the charm. I have bought many things from that store and. I was appalled at the lack of customer service. I have never had an experience like that before and left the store in frustration. I have owned many small businesses in my life and would Never have treated any of my customers in such a manner. I will never shop there again and will tell everyone that I can about her lack of customer service.

I walked in for the first time and the employees were incredibly nice, they made finding some peices I needed such an enjoyable experience. They have the cutest products and the boss is very kind and interactive with her customers and treats them with so much care. She offered me a seat for my bags because they were so heavy. 10 out of 10 recommend stopping by this store.

Good quality jewelry and accessories at affordable prices. Lots of the jewelry i wear is from Obsessions now. Staff is always kind and welcoming
