        Dr Grell (including her assistant Shannon) have been invaluable to my partner and me over the last 6 months, in particular, as we faced some acute health challenges. Their compassion for my partners unique medical issues entailed changing medicines (trial and error approach) and hospital interactions and they have been unbelievably kind, responsive and very meticulous with all all referrals to specialists etc. One of a kind words cant express our gratitude.

        I was a patient here, then they deleted my file and I can no longer book a doctors appointment because they are not accepting "new patients". This is after they had realized that they had inputted my brothers information into my fathers folder. Seems like they dont know how to keep records on their patients either. Total disaster this place is.
