Always had great experiences with the CW Clinic. Quick response time on the phone and easy to set up appointments. Dr. Zaikos has been very helpful over the past year.

Shows up on google when searching for walk in appointments- also lists walk in appointments as an available service on their front door. They do not do walk ins. False advertising.

Phenomenally bad service. Receptionist has lied on multiple occasions and proceeded to do so again. Gave false information about appointments leading to charges I had to deal with. She is insanely rude and has openly laughed in my face when I said I was having an anxiety crisis. She told me my email was wrong and that another doctor set up an appointment she wasn't there for and I still have the post it for in MY doctors handwriting. Don't care how good my doctor is. He isn't worth the constant harassment received from the front desk staff.

Great doctors but the front desk never answer calls. My call goes to their voicemail every time and takes forever to get back. They need a better system. Based on the reviews here, everybody is experiencing the same yet the clinic is not doing anything. How disappointing.
