Havent talked to my actual doctor here since Ive started with them 3 years ago. Near impossible to reach or set up actual appointments as well.

I havent been Dr. Arensons patient in over five years. I have a new doctor and new specialists in the new city I live in. I continue to get calls from Dr. Arensons office and from specialists who have received NEW referrals from them trying to book me appointments. At this point I cant figure out if the records keeping is in complete disarray or if someone is running a scam on OHIP out of the office there but either way, its troubling. To be clear, this is a MEDICAL OFFICE that is in charge of PERSONALLY SENSITIVE MEDICAL DATA and they cant even tell when youre not their patient. When you tell them

I really enjoy the doctor that weve been paired with however there is receptionist usually during the am that is just so difficult and rude to deal with. Its a shame that the first point of contact leaves such a bad impression. Otherwise the doctors I have seen there were A+: informative, thorough and kind.

Generally excellent, I feel well taken care of with them. Staff are always quick to follow up and even remind me if Ive been postponing getting tests done and Dr. Ciccarelli is just phenomenal - I feel so comfortable with him!

GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONES. READ YOUR REVIEWS. PATIENTS ARE DISSATISFIED. WASTED OVER AN HOUR TO GET THROUGH.
