The Clinic at Ossington

I've been going to the clinic off and on for years now and I'm never disappointed. Recently I saw Kelvin for a shoulder injury and I'm so happy I did. He gave me so many tools to help with the pain. Not to mention he's also just a wonderful person. Highly recommend.

I had a serious calf strain earlier this year and after seeing physio Kelvin Chan for a few months I was able to recover and strengthen my calf enough to play I a tournament. The Clinic is very good with great customer service. Kelvin was an excellent physio who really listened to my concerns and helped make a plan for recovery. His treatment I recommend highly.

Dr. Elizabeth Barr--Excellent care...and instant pain relief! Couldn't ask for more. I went from a week of pain that was so intense thanks to a pinched nerve in my neck that I couldn't sleep, couldn't work, and couldn't find a comfortable way to sit that didn't involve ice packs and three times as much Excedrin as is advised, to feeling no pain at all the next day after an initial chiropractic appointment with Dr. Barr that included acupuncture and an adjustment. Dr. Barr also gave me some exercises to aid in longer term rehabilitation and prevention. In addition, Dr. Barr was kind, and considerate and careful: she explained what she was doing at every step (and why) and asked for my consent before doing adjustments & acupuncture. She was also very helpful in answering my many questions. I couldn't recommend her highly enough!

Worst chiropractic care ever. I only booked here because I was in severe pain and my other two chiropractors were not available on Saturday and this location was close to me. Clinic was aware that I had my own chiro and just needed emergency care. I was seen by E. Barr, the most unfriendly practitioner I have ever encountered. I began by explaining that I was happy about the location and was rudely interrupted by Barr, who informed me that there was a lot of information needed to collect and we needed to get started. Shocked, I sat and answered the most useless questions possible. Questions like did I experience incontinence! All questions could have been answered online or a paper form. But no. I had to sit while she read me a list of questions so long that it took up most of the time booked to get thru them. There was not the slightest hint of friendliness, warmth from Barr. I might as well have been a lab rat. When she finally got around to treatment, things were worse. She was unable to adjust my neck or back. Her excuse was twofold: the table wasn't the proper type and second that I was very locked up. Well, duh! - that is what I explained on the phone! I had also made it clear on the phone that I had a chiropractor, plus a spare. My spare, by the way has the same table type and had no problem adjusting me. In my experience, Barr is incompetant. She was unable to adjust my neck, mid back or sacral area. After wasting at least half the time verbally asking me useless questions, like incontinence, plus a failed attempt at the slightest adjustment, she had the nerve to say that she wanted to set up "a series of appointments" to treat my condition!! Stay far away from this one! I would give a minus star if it was possible
