1Clinic has been my family doctor and pharmacy for nearly 3 years and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my doctor, the supporting staff team and the pharmacist!

Very nice place comparing to other clinics in downtown. Our doctor changed 2 times for 3 years, but all them were professionals and paying attention to details. Venue is nice and clean. There are org issues on administrative side, often they don't send a referral fax or renew prescription in time. You always have to make reminder call to them to get your stuff done. That's unfortunately a common Canadian healthcare issue. Toronto population is growing, but infrastructure is not. Nobody cares about patient experience, because clinics do not need to compete each other.

I originally brought my partner to 1Clinic for medical services with Dr. Linda my experience from entering the practice was that the space was created different than other medical clinics. It was calming, beautifully and purposefully decorated making you feel at ease, which is not always the case when visiting the Doctor. Dr. Linda made us both feel comfortable and was extraordinary with providing us consult and care. I returned for my own medical needs, even during COVID, Dr. Linda was available to me via phone/ video conference and was able to provide me a referral and have all my paperwork done very quickly and easily. I really appreciate this type of extraordinary care from a medical clinic I would highly recommend. I decided to try the aesthetic side of the services at 1Clinc as well, the Glow Up facial was fantastic my skin has never looked or felt better. I converted to using all the Skinseuticals products and could not be happier! As a person who has tried it all I would highly recommend the skin consultation they do to find the best Skinseuticals products for your needs. Dr. Linda has also done my filler and botox, she is incredibly talented at creating natural results and the whole ethos behind this practice is really felt with any service Ive had there.

I came in with a concern about dry skin on my face and Dr. Linda was very knowledgeable. She knew what it was right away and explained the causes and how to treat it. It was helpful to have the pharmacy on site as well because I was able to get the cream in a matter of minutes. I've been using the cream she prescribed and my skin has never looked/felt better. Dr. Linda is very patient and friendly and didn't make me feel self conscious about my condition. She even followed up with me a week later to see if the cream was working. She is amazing!
