      image I had seen a psychiatrist from this platform via miracles inpatient rehab facility. in total I have had 6 psychiatrist session with Dr. Harshal Awasthi

      a) I have asked for clinical records for all the appointments -> it’s been 2 weeks I haven’t gotten any response
      b) the facility seems to not be able to help out with any form’s

      I suspect question’s around licensing practices within facility and will be filling complain with ontario & British Columbia license board in further to this.
