Its difficult to find the words to fully express the level of satisfaction with having Sabrina in your corner when buying and selling a home in Toronto. Sabrina helped us purchase our current home over 10 yrs ago and for the last few years we have been casually looking for other options. During that entire lengthy process she never lost her patience and always remained a valued advisor. Sabrina just recently helped us purchase an amazing home and then helped us quickly sell ours so we could actually keep the one we agreed to buy! Seeing Sabrina in action on both sides of a real estate deal is watching a true professional in action; Consistently calm, cool and collected. What really put the experience over the top for us was getting to know and be helped by key members of the dream team that make up SKT, including Kylie, Kayla and Anna. Having purchased before we sold, we knew that we had to sell our place quickly and ideally for the most we can get in this quickly changing market, however what we didnt fully appreciate, purely from lack of experience, was the magnitude of work and logistics management that it would take to get us to the finish line. Sabrina and her team launched into action by producing a best in class project plan and then executed it with excellence every step of the way. We were out of town and then out of our home while much of sale preparation work took place but the project team led by Kylie, the Director of Operations, kept us fully in the loop every single step of the way. Not to mention the awesome network of vendors and trades that work like an extension of the SK team. All in all, the entire process end to end could not have gone any better and so there are no kudos big enough to give Sabrina and her team for the incredible work they did during what is arguably some of lifes most stressful moments. The titles of Broker, Agent etc dont do justice to the actual client value that they deliver. I can see no reason to use anyone else in the industry when buying or selling a home in and around Toronto. Thank you Sabrina and the entire SK Team!

Kayla, Sabrina and the whole team at SKT were great to work with for the sale of our home and purchase of our next home. Sabrina and her entire team were first class from start to finish. The caring about every detail in the process was exceptional. Whether it be the team itself or the recommended trades that were used everything was top notch. They were honest from start to finish and a pleasure to work with.
