I can't say enough about my experience in selling my condo with Jermaine, he really went above and beyond and impressed me every step of the way. Jermaine was incredibly helpful and patient when I was looking for my condominium. He made sure that he had a strong understanding of what I was looking for in a unit, and used his extensive knowledge of the different areas and real estate in Toronto to find a unit that was the perfect fit. I never felt pressured to buy a unit 'prematurely,' and in fact Jermaine helped to identify any issues that he saw with places that we viewed. Not only did he go above and beyond when it came to finding our unit, but after our purchase he checked in to ensure we settled in well and promptly answered questions that I had (there were many, as I am a a first-time homeowner). I would strongly recommend him as a realtor for anyone looking to purchase property, and I look forward to working with him again in the future!

Since our first encounter with Jermaine three years ago, we immediately had a fantastic impression and knew that we could count on him in search of our new home in Toronto. Jermaine is notably diligent, always previewing each property in advance before showings. He would perform in-depth research of each property and its contexts, and give both honest and professional advice. He is exceptionally patient and attentive in understanding our preferences. Being an effective and efficient agent, we appreciate his promptness in handling all queries of each property we have viewed. He communicated openly and quickly with us throughout our search. In June, we finally found and bought our dream home. We enjoyed this experience with Jermaine thoroughly and would strongly recommend him to anybody in search of a home without reservation!

Jermaine is an outstanding agent. He showed us exactly what we were looking for and we never felt rushed in a viewing or to purchase. He was genuinely interested in finding us a condo that worked for us. He asked thoughtful questions about how we would actually use the space to make sure we understood what we were purchasing. He also brought us to places we wanted to see but were unlikely to buy so that he could better understand the type of condos we liked. After we bought our dream unit he checked in more than once to make sure we were enjoying our new place and even gave us advice in how to set up our electric and tax accounts. We are definitely going to be working with Jermaine next time we purchase a home.
