Pavel is amazing! He helped us find a superb tenant for my St. Lawrence condo in only 3 days. Not only did this person paid six months rent in advance, but the monthly rent ended up being $200 more than the most relevant comp! Pavel took care of everything. He was patient, responsive and provided timely updates through out the entire process. I look forward to working with Pavel again in my future endeavours :).

There arent enough good words to describe all that Pavel did for us. For over a month he was available day and night, on weekdays and weekends, and after countless showings, he never once wavered, always optimistic and in a good mood, he was a man on a mission which was to help us find a home. He made the whole process much easier than I expected it to be, taking a huge weight out of our shoulders. He knew exactly what we were looking for and was always incredibly honest even pointing out issues we had missed and keeping us from choosing units that were not up to our standards which was great for us but ultimately created more work for him. When we finally found the perfect place he even helped negotiate a better deal, clearly he only wanted the best for us the whole time. Im glad the search is finally over but well definitely miss hanging around with him to see condos, however, Im also happy we now have a friend in him.
