Igor came highly recommended from a friend and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. My husband and I used Igor to sell our condo and buy a house. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable of real estate, patient with his clients, calm under pressure, always responds to calls and messages and has excellent interpersonal skills. For the sale of our condo - He did an excellent job marketing my place. The photos, video, booklet and staging were excellent and showed the condo very well. His negotiating skills with the buyers' realtors were excellent. For the purchase of our home - Igor really understood what type of home we were looking for and was always able to provide great guidance. We worked with him during a very unpredictable time in real estate and I felt he was able to navigate through it very well. We found a home that we are very happy with and fit all the criteria we were looking for.
