My husband and I were in Toronto for a week to find the right place for us. We were quite stressed with the tight timeline but Todd put in a lot of effort to maximize our time and to make the process as smooth as possible for us. He gave us a lot of info and things to consider as we looked at each place. He even drove us personally to make sure we wouldn't get lost. With his help, we were able to secure a place within the first couple days we were there. It was a very pleasurable experience and we're so thankful it was Todd who helped us.

We are from Ontario moving to New Brunswick. Todd took our wish list and steered us into the best location for what we were looking for. We Felt very secure with his knowledge of building structures and that what we were purchasing was perfect!

Todd is hands down the best agent I have run across. As a military member we come across quite a few in our life time. But never have I met a retail agent that will get up into your roof to take a little look or drive over an hour through a horrid Blizzard to do your inspections FOR YOU. This is the man you want if you want to be completely sure of your purchase combined with his knowledge in the field and his loyalty to his customers you can't go a better way
