Nawar is knowledgeable, patient, non-pressure-y, and competent. He helped us buy our first condo, and we felt informed and comfortable the whole time. Whenever anything came up, he was on top of it, and maintained good communication throughout. I can't recommend him enough!

I had a great experience working with Nawar to sell my condo. My friend recommended Nawar, after her positive experience working with him. From the start, Nawar was professional, organized and very thoughtful in guiding me through every step. He coordinated a great team (cleaners, stager, and photographer) that promptly prepared the condo for sale. During the offer stage, Nawar actively reached out to potential/ interested buying agents and sold the property in 7 days, for over asking price. We also closed the deal in a month. He helped us strategize to get a house within our budget which met all of our specifications. Nawar always answered our numerous questions promptly and was very generous with his time.
