Jasmine helped me buy my first condo for myself and my baby. She listened to all my needs and was so patient with us. She helped us through every single step and even after moving in, she checks up on us to make sure everything is still going great! Jasmine is the best realtor! Very professional, highly experienced and most importantly caring about her clients. She helped me find a condo that best suited my requirements. She's very honest, always available for smallest queries and goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients get the best deal! I Highly Recommend Jasmine Gill 100% !!! With Jasmines help I purchased my first condo downtown, Toronto and all I can say is WOW! She was helpful since the very beginning with my pre-approval. She is very professional and helped me every step of the way. It could be very overwhelming when purchasing your first home. However, with Jasmine, the buying experience was a breeze. She is extremely honest and upfront with everything which I really appreciate. She never made me feel uncomfortable, even when I asked her 1 million questions. She is extremely communicative and easy to reach. Very responsive and was always available to answer any of my questions. Jasmine is very knowledgeable and definitely a top negotiator. I know I got the best price for my condo!!
