Omer helped me purchase my first property at 40 Homewood Avenue. He translated the entire process from banks to lawyers into terms that I could understand. Omer always did his research and never took the first offer, but rather fought to get me rates and terms that were more to my advantage. He has a unique ability to explain complicated transactions in terms that a regular person can comprehend while always remaining kind and informative. Much to my surprise, even after the sale went through, Omer would regularly check in on me to make sure everything was ok and ask if I needed anything else. 10 years later, he was back to fight for me and secure a fantastic mortgage renewal rate lower than what the bank was offering saving me a great deal of money. With Omer, you arent dealing with an agent for a transaction. You are dealing with a teammate that has your best interests at heart. I cannot say enough positive things about my experiences with him. He is a pleasure to work with and this is the kind of person you want on your team.

And to think all those years ago, when I first contemplated selling my condo at 120 Homewood Avenue The Verve, you told me to hang onto it if I was feeling uncertain about my plans. It was honestly one of the best pieces of advice anyone has ever given me. Because your words of wisdom back then has led to where I am todayselling the condo at exactly the right time so that Mark and I could purchase our dream home. Its pretty amazing how one small decision can have such a massive impact on someones journey in life. Thanks for being a part of that journey. Patiently, he answered the numerous questions we had about our first mortgage and ensured we negotiated the best deal possible. A few years later he helped us purchase our second and third condos. Highly recommended! We have worked with Omer as both a buying agent and a selling agent, and both times he went the extra mile for us to get the best deal possible. We were hesitant to sell our unit at 15 Maitland Place during a down market, but through Omers efforts we were able to sell for $20k over asking! When we purchased our current home during an up market, Omers experienced negotiating skills landed us deal well below asking. Omer is very patient and applies no pressure while you are searching for the right property.
