Ji Young (Jenny) Kim-Yoo was a fabulous real estate agent! We met her through Zoocasa she took the initiative to reach out to us and ask us to be her clients. We were purchasing our first home, extremely green to the whole purchasing process. Jenny held our hand the whole way providing us with educational material, information about neighbourhoods, background information and related data for each property we visited, etc. The information she provided us helped us make confident decisions. We were also very slow, stretching our search out almost 6 months! Jenny was patient with us and never rushed us. When it came to closing time, she was superb. We had two weeks before closing and she communicated with the lawyer and condo manager to ensure that everything went smoothly and quickly. As first time home buyers, her streamlining this process was extremely helpful to us. Thank you Jenny, for all your hard work we love our new home!!
