Paul helped us purchasing a house in the West end of Toronto, which is his areas of expertise (Roncesvalles, High Park, Bloor West, Etobicoke, etc.). Paul was with us every step of the way on our first house-hunting journey, which lasted for more than 6 months and over 70 property visits. We had a great experience with Paul in purchasing our forever home. We were looking in Etobicoke and Paul knew all there possibly was to know about the area. He is so knowledgeable, an expert in the field and most of all honest, which can be hard to find. It was a lengthy process (build involved) and Paul was there along the way with excellent communication. Always prompt to return our calls texts and emails. We would certainly recommend him!
