My partner and I worked with Elham Sonan to find a rental in the Newmarket area. Elham was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. Deborah was an incredible agent for us ! I felt comfortable with her immediately and very quickly, she understood our situations and our priorities in selling our property! She gave us excellent advice regarding some minimal changes / upgrades to the home - changes that didn't cost much but yet improved the appearance of the home immeasurably. I felt like she was a real partner in the process - working with us - and really helping to make the house look it's best for the sale. Finally and perhaps most importantly - Deborah did the most amazing job once we had an interested buyer. Through her skill and expertise we were able to get the price we wanted ... this was even without a bidding war!
