        I wanted to buy a pair of shoes for my wedding, but obviously would need to try them on with my dress first, only to find out that the store policy is exchange only. Shoes were marked at $295. This policy only tells me that you clearly do not stand by your product, and I dodged a bullet. I will not be a customer.
