Walking On A Cloud

A really lovely shopping experience. I was looking for something very specific (white sneakers, fashion-looking but sporty-feeling) and there was a trainee salesperson who was incredibly patient and helpful as I tried on about a dozen different pairs. I ended up purchasing and am very happy with my purchase. Also, the socks by the register are GREAT and incredibly reasonably priced, so its worth taking the time to pop in even if only for some socks!

The female associate (I dont know her name) working yesterday (Friday, Mar. 3) who I had asked about the Blondo boots I had purchased at the store was super rude and condescending. She said that I couldnt get my boots repaired there (theres a dent on the bottom of one of my boots) as its been 2 years and that I need to contact Blondo (the brand company of the boots) and to be nice to the customer rep. I dont know people telling me how to interact with the customer rep. She did not need to share her opinion and biases on this matter. And is she implying that I was not nice to her? I think some people can be overly sensitive and condescending. I told her I dont think people need to be always nice when making complaints. That it is dependent on the situation and sometimes, you do have a right to be very angry especially when the customer service is poor.
