Always a pleasure. Bob finds me the perfect pair every time and it's been more than twenty years. Outstanding aftercare as well.

I recently purchased a pair of fabulous FaceAFace eyeglasses from Bob. My glasses arrived in the mail quickly and I appreciate him being so accommodating. Very positive experience overall. Highly recommend - there are some great styles here!

I had a pretty poor experience at this location. Before selecting a frame I mentioned my concerns and was assured they wouldn't be a problem with the frame I chose. When I picked up my new glasses, those concerns were an issue so I chose a smaller frame to avoid the issues I was having (which is what I was going to do initially but was told it wouldn't be a problem). When I went back the second time to grab my glasses the new lens had a blue coating (which I mentioned I didn't want and was assured the sample frames have that but mine wouldn't) and both lenses had a logo on the front, ALSO the frames themselves were scratched (they look used). So they said they would swap the lenses and buff out the frame. They also offered to order a trial pair of contacts because the ones I use are discontinued. Finally, when I went to pick up for the third time I could tell that no one wanted me there - it was really uncomfortable. They gave me the contacts which weren't the correct prescription and the manager argued with me that my optometrist is wrong and the prescription I've been wearing for years is incorrect. I asked if I could try the lenses to see if they feel ok and he said no. They never addressed the scratches on the frame. They didn't bother to ask if the new lenses were fine. So I just grabbed the glasses and got out of there because it was so awkward. The glasses came to $900 and I'll probably never wear them.
