I love my very first pair of reading glasses! I can't say enough about the wonderful service here - all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. And the selection of eyewear is fantastic - choosing a pair wasn't an easy task!

I recently visited Frankly and had a fantastic experience thanks to the help of Kyle! He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs and preferences before recommending frames that were not only stylish but also suited my lifestyle. Kyle's services orientation was evident throughout the entire process, as he made sure I was comfortable and happy with my decision every step of the way. The frames I ended up selecting are absolutely perfect, and I'm thrilled with my new glasses! Overall, I highly recommend Frankly for anyone in need of glasses. We live in Calgary now and my glasses dropped and broke in half and Frankly went above and beyond. They took the broken ones and put my lenses in a new frame and mailed back to me my new glasses

I managed to sneak by without needing glasses for the last 30 years - so naturally, I felt a bit anxious and unsure when it came to get my first pair. I walk my dog past frankly, every day and was always intrigued by their window displays; they always featured super weird (in a good way) and interesting frames, so I always figured frankly, would be my first stop when the time came. I walked in, prescription in hand, with no idea what I wanted or what even would look good. Thankfully Rachel and Shawna were extraordinarily helpful and helpful in narrowing down the right pair of frames for me. They pulled all the stops, bringing out pair after pair until we narrowed it down to the right pair for me. Throughout the process, I never felt pressured or upsold - its apparent the team cares about glasses and their customers and takes pride in finding you the right pair. I settled on The Diplomaty from Thierry Lasry, handed over my prescription and just a few days later, my frames were ready for pick up. When I came to pick them up, Frank took the time to ensure the fit was perfect and make a few minor adjustments before I headed out the door - also stressing I could come back if I had any issues with the fit. These glasses are the one item I own that consistently get compliments and questions everywhere I go. Every time anyone asks, I always tell them to go to frankly, 10/10 service and selection - I cant recommend it enough - great first glasses experience, and while I hope I do not need another pair anytime soon, frankly, will be my first stop when the time comes.
