Family Practice Walk-In Clinic

We were given bad information. We're looking for a new doctor as ours is retiring. Our gp said to check this place out. My wife called to book an appointment and asked if the place is accessible, as she has difficulty with stairs. She was told "yes". So we went to meet the doctor. Both the front and back door have steps and can't be used by anyone with a walker or wheelchair. Never met the doctor. He might be great but we told them we could not use this place.

It's a shame this office was given negative reviews because everyone is lovely! I've been here a couple of times and both times I didn't wait at all despite being a walk-in; the doctors were succinct and effective in their care. The front desk lady is always very sweet, she had gotten some chocolates as a gift and gave me a whole handful haha. I've signed up as a patient because they're great!

Came in today and saw Dr. Kilmartin. I can truly say this was the best experience Ive ever had at a walk in clinic. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and kind. Cant thank you enough!

I have been here multiple times and always got seen quickly and had good medical advice and got an accurate diagnosis. Also bring my 3 kids here when we need a walk in clinic. I think all the doctors were great and the reception super friendly every time.
