My family has hired Katie for services twice. I cannot sing Katie's praises enough. I know very little about real estate, and the sale of my family's condo was my first foray. Needless to say, I was looking for someone to hold my hand, and Katie held on tight!
We were selling during an extremely challenging time for the market. COVID was ramping down, and interest rates were spiking. We were extremely nervous about the sale, and Katie kept a cool head throughout, selling at a profit.
Katie is razor-sharp with an excellent and exhaustive grasp of the market and its intricacies. She is also kind, funny, personable, attentive, creative, and unbelievably responsive to every text, phone call, and email. She consistently provides advice, reassurance and clarity throughout the process.
And it doesn't end there! Katie scheduled vendors, each more professional and kind than the last, and they, too, insisted that she was the real estate agent and overall brokerage they enjoyed working with the most.
All to say, Katie is my real estate agent for life. I am settled in my new home, but I look forward to the time I get to work with her again (she's the only one I want to go through the highs and lows of real estate with!)
