I went in to buy a queen mattress and box's springe I found Scott very helpful and straightforward. Did try to talk me anything that I didn't want . I also found there prices and service better then the big box stores . Where there they don't have the item in stick but they have the next model up really this is my second purchase from M&M yes I would definitely go back again

Very unprofessional. I purchased a mattress and was told to buy the mattress protector so that I could return the mattress if it wasn't suitable and choose another one. After trying it out, I returned the mattress, then ordered and paid for another one upfront. They assured us it would be delivered in a couple of weeks. I asked for my old bed back, they said it was too late. I asked why I couldn't keep the current bed, they said it had to go back. It's been over 5 weeks without a bed. No communication, only excuses, and run around. Not even offered an alternative until ours came in. Nothing. I had to call them every week for an update and finally requested a refund today for products we never received. Will try another local company from now on. Very disappointed.
