        Took 10 minutes to find my sons parcel. Staff was great to help load my parcels.

        This is a distribution center for pickups, however, apparently you have to wait for your order to get ready. I am not sure what it needs to get ready as I assume everything comes in packaged boxes with names of those who ordered them. They just need to group them. The person I dealt over the phone also lied on when my order to be ready?! Either give an exact pick up date without lying or do not give a pick up date.
