I cannot begin to say how much I recommend this location for an MRI. I booked an appointment for my first MRI as I couldnt wait for the public waitlist, and was called back within a day, and booked for an appointment immediately. The staff was friendly and very accommodating highlighting all the information for me, and when it came time to do my MRI, as it was my first time, I became very overwhelmed and scared but the MRI radiologist comforted me, he made me comfortable with the machine and talked me through the process so that I was able to get it done. As unpleasant as an MRI is, the staff made the process as lovely as it could be. Thank you again for everything.

They have a 3-Tesla MRI machine! Jeanne the MRI tech and Richard the receptionist were absolutely charming, and I couldnt have felt more comfortable due to their kindness. The place is very small! But it is kept very clean and tidy. I didnt come in as a private patient, but a public one because the hospital has a contract to use their MRI for the moment; yet this didnt change at all how I was treated. Richard was patient and helpful and Jeanne was brilliant. Thanks for seeing me so fast and for being so kind :) The CISSSO finally did something helpful for us in making it possible to obtain these important tests quickly. Now if only they could fix their hospital emergency rooms.
