Very Bad customer service You feel not welcome at all at this Branch Nobody smile 2 weeks struggling between customer service and fraud department for wrong deposit my wife did .and we explained everything for each employee. 5 check for around 8000 dollars dissappear till today no call no answer no many back no checks so we can returned the checks to our customers I was feeling like criminal I told the Branch manger my wife doesn't speck French or English (Broken English) but she insisting to talk to her No employee can give you help or any information or solution to your problem Finally I have to call the The president office and to file complaint with customer service also It's shame
