The services are awful. For any problem, you should go to the office many times and It takes more than couple of weeks to come and inspect the problem and much more to do repairs if they finally do... Not recommended...

Et le plus grave problme, bruit insupportable de l'eau qui coule dans les tuyaux en tout temps, ce qui cause un manque de sommeil et de la frustration. J'ai appel 3 fois, on m'a dit qu'on allait faire un suivi, toutefois personne n'a retourn mon appel malgr la promesse et le problme persiste toujours. L'difice Americana doit dater des annes 40, espace de rangement inexistant, salles de bain minuscules mme pour une petite personne. Bref, fuyez, je ne recommande pas.
