Never ever rent from Cromwell they are absolute horrible people who are ready to send people to the street for profit. Worst renting experience ever in my life. Nightmare kind of experience. TO AVOID AT ALL COST!

Never rent here. The management is atrocious and condescending in the worst ways imaginable. Hell on earth.

I used to live here for a period of about 7 years, moved out in 2016. Was paying about $800/MTH for rent. I had a 3 1/2 which I loved. All the rooms are pretty big. Very spacious and lots of natural light. Outside was always very well maintained. I really liked the set up of the buildings and the grassy/garden area in the middle of them. Water fountain, trees, flowers...super nice place to live. Great area too, everything you need is in walking distance. Now for my complaints: great location but also lots of students who would get wild on the weekends. Some lived in my building and would blast their music really loud on a Saturday morning then have the nerve to complain about me walking too hard lol my car was vandalized 3 times parked on the street and I'm pretty sure it was also because of them. No washer/dryer outlets and maybe every other building has a couple machines in the basement. Building administration was very slow to fix things. The kitchen and bathroom both needed work and every time I would mention it they did nothing. I came to realize they wanted me to leave so they could renovate and hike up the rent prices. Which is exactly what they did. Rent went from $800 to $1395+ now. Crazy. And from some of the reviews I read they are still not good at handling resident complaints. As much as I loved that apartment and the area they are being greedy by charging that much for rent. I'm not surprised though because most landlords don't care about the tenants or even maintaining the property, they just want your money and that's it.
