The Tadoussac Apartments

I lived in The Tadoussac building for 2 years + 6 months. I am giving it a 5 star because I always found helpful how Madame Cioclu, Cinthya, Fabrice and David helped me out in tiny things like changing my lease from a studio to a better apartment, giving me a great apartment with new appliances and a great view. The administration is polite and they work the best they can. The pool is beautiful, the gym is helpful in winter. Also rent price is fair. And usually rent increase follows all the local rules. The building is close to everything and it has all the great line buses around. Sometimes students or younger people misuse the services such as the elevators or the pool. However, the administration arrange any situation the best and fast as they can. They work hard and that is why I recognize that value with a 5 star rate.

(Le management team ma donner comme dfaite que cette t yen avais partout Montreal que cetait normal) Ont ma dit au bureau de gestion quun exterminateur allais passer la semaine prochaine (la semaine passe) No show no call toujours rien...Trs dcevant! a me fait vivre un stress du ngatif dns mon Quotidien dont je nai pas besoin srieusement. a fait 15ans que jhabite Ici dns ce mme appartement et cest comme cela quont me traite de la part du management Capreit. My husband and I will be leaving Capreit The Tadoussac since we're moving to another city. We have absolutely loved our more than one year renting through them. I have experienced one of the best residential support services with Capreit Property Management. The staff are friendly and helpful (Cinthia Moya and Madame Cioclu). Anytime I submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was for changing light bulbs or verify appliances, or any type of maintenance, they ensured that we have an optimal experience and living environment. I strongly recommend their properties, especially The Tadoussac.
