The most unpleasant experience ever. The lady at the reception is not professionnal at all, she obviously hates her job. She gave me an appointment at noon and asked me for the proof of it, otherwise no visit ( seems like I have to manage her own agenda), the advertised price on Kijiji is cheaper that the actual one, she did not know the size of the appartment, did not even get it in her system and never tried to get it ( that's her job to inform customers). This person should never be working with customers, she has no softskills at all. She ruined my day !!!! I left without even trying to visit the appartment. What a shame !!! It would have been ZERO if ever existed here !

Very awful and disappointing building management that I never had in my life! This is the only way for me to claim how bad is it. Trust me, don't rent this apartment. The management is very rude and has very bad communication, they don't listen to you they dont let you talk. They changed your key and cut off the water without any notice. At 3 am it was snowing, after my work, I was very tired and sleepy, however, I was locked out of my home with my car. The management changed the key without any notice. I was panicked on the street I didn't know what should I do at 3 clocks in the morning. Very bad experience......

New management (cogir) is somehow worse than the previous. Cogir does only what is legally required of it and the customer service is extremely rude. They're currently renovating every empty apartment in order to raise the rent a significant amount. It is extremely loud. I do not recommend living here.
