        very poor service and unprofessional rude manager. I absolutely do not recommend this bank, I will stay with CIBC bank.

        Zero for this one. Branch manager is committing illegal acts and harassing costumers over the phone. Unprofessional and rude. Pierre El-Achkar closed my account based on the message from other branch of my rudeness to the clerk. My financial life stopped because of unprofessional decision. No investigation or correspondents. I did trust all my finances to the bank and branch. Man thinks he's a good.
