TOM Condos

Anyone who rates this property a 5 star is hallucinating or doesnt quite understand what 5 stars defines. Terrible Condo, Poorly built, dangerous when it comes to safety, units are falling apart, theres mold from the many leaking in the hallways. A pool the size of three bathtubs, that has YET to be completed. Ugliest elevators that have a fun-house concept with mirrors all around that makes you feel nauseous, which has taken yearsssss to even complete. I feel terribly sorry for anyone that has invested their money and savings in this project. If you speak to any tenant they will voice their anger and disgust. Luckily i do not live here, but sadly someone i know does and i have witnessed all the above mentioned.

The management team is very nice. They answer orders for maintenance in a timely manner and there is 24/7 security. I will miss this place!

$600,000 condo and I essentially have to do "community service" by cleaning up all the disgusting cigarettes from the other disrespectful tenants in this building. Management claims Tom Condos is a "smoke free" building, but when you ask them for something to be done regarding this situation, they say there's no way they can find out who's doing it (when in reality, they've never actually tried). Unless you want your balcony to be the world's ashtray, save your 600k+ and buy a condo in a building that actually respects their tenants and their investments. I'll be here waiting for my patio furniture to burn from a rogue cigarette (fun fact: as you can see in the 3rd picture, it's already happened once).
