If you are booking online or on AirBnB make sure you do the online check in days before, it takes forever and often the link doesnt work. No staff to help you if you are locked out, which is beyond frustrating, the phone help centre is not helpful as there is no one here to help and it seems that they are not authorized to help. Just give apologies and move on. If you do have a bad experience do not expect that they will offer you anything. The customer service really ruined my experience and I will never stay at a Sonder again. The location is perfection. Go to Barroco sit at the bar, ask for Sam to make you something fun. Note : Il ne faut pas sattendre une prestation 5 toiles quand on rserve un htel avec une telle diffrence de prix par rapports aux autres tablissements du quartier.
